Constant sympathetic care.
Nothing is too much trouble.
All need catered for.
Named on bandages could be larger/easier to read.

The patient is so happy to be here, she was so scared prior to coming but has really relaxed.

Every aspect of my care has been carried out professionally and the staff have all taken time to get to know me and how best to look after me.
I have been treated with dignity and made to feel safe.

Staff and patient and willing to take the time needed to get me as comfortable in the bed and help me.
Staff are so friendly and supportive and knowing they are looking after me so well makes me feel safe.
