We cannot fault the care that the patient has been given nor the support that the family have been given.
The little things that have been done to provide the patient with dignity have been much appreciated.

I am in awe at how lovely it is at the Hospice. They are all so kind, wonderful. I cannot fault the place.
I am absoutely shocked at how wonderful everyone is. They cant do enough to make ot comfortable and vloeyl. They are awesome.

Made to feel comfortable & no pressure placed on me to take part in any of the subjects on offer. Got on well with other patients & enjoyed the company. Food good at lunchtime. Your carers work very well.

Very caring understanding staff, very friendly greeting, offered all sorts of beverages etc, then excellent rapport with all the staff organising the activities in the communal lounge, jigsaws, painting, knitting, quizzes etc , also staff were happy to talk at any point.
Meals were exceptionally good with everyone given a choice of menus.
