I Appreciated the call to let me know the hospice at home team were on their way. All were very skilled in end of life care all were compassionate and respectful.

The home visits by Rachel & Kate were excellent. Everything was explained well and clearly. Great care and attention.
Angela at Canterbury Hospice also supplied good support when required, together with Peter from Canterbury Hospice.

They say "there is always room for improvement". In my experience though all the staff, and I would like to underline "ALL", went over and above in the care I received.

There were a few "hiccups" on the way associated with the hoisting requirements. The team leader was less than charming.
