I have only dealt with Emma, the Physio assistant, from Margate hospice over the phone and the booklet she sent me. She was very good in what she said and I felt at ease with her.

My Mum was admitted & its my first visit. The staff are wonderful, when you walk on the ward it feels like heaven. I am aware that my mum will be treated very well
