My first visit back in 2017 so very anxious. Both my wife and myself over a long period of time had different facilities offered and made so at ease, Still to this day if required.

Obviously with COVID-19 prevalent this last year face to face @ Outreach Centres (ie) Dover has stopped, missed very much, understand the problems, Zoom every week is great technology has saved a lot of us but miss contact.

Couldn't always see a nurse, but when I did it was good.

Visiting was a bit restricted.

I find all dealings with the hospice, reassuring, informative, respectful and caring.

At this point in time I only have positive things to say.

Oden was very easy to talk to like chatting with an old friend. She seemed to connect immiedtly with my problems on a personal level a very good informative therapist
