The staff were very friendly and reassuring they gave me copeing methods to stop me panicking when I choke, and arranged for safety rails fitted within days.

trying to sort finance out i was told i shouldnt have to pay for nurses but am still paying Avanti privately

My mother in law went into the hospice for symptom management. She was in the late stages of cancer. The staff were wonderful treating her with continued care and dignity. When she said she wanted to come home they pulled out all the stops and put everything quickly into place for this to happen. We then got continual support to the end.
