From day one our dealings with the hospice have been reassuring. When Sophie became involved we felt less alone. She was professional, empathetic and efficient. We all felt like we were being looked after. Further contact with Sophie and Lynn in the hospice was supportive and comforting.

Nothing we could see. All the COVID rules really spoiled the whole ethos of Pilgrims Hospice but we understood the need for them.
