My counsellor was amazing, she totally got me. My sessions started 2 weeks before my husband passed away, having just lost my mum & dad the year before my counsellor helped me process that I was just about to suffer heavy grief again. I had lost my 3 main family members and the sessions got me through the worse period in my life with confidence.

Personally for me it was perfect & I was encouraged to join a further group session in the further group session in the near future which I am going to do. I would have liked 2 more sessions.
