Every phone call is supportive, informative and useful. All of the staff I have had contact with have been kind and understanding and friendly. The information and help I have received has been second to none and I feel very blessed to be looked after by this team.

The quantity and frequency of the calls is brilliant. You do not pester me, but you contact me often enough to make me feel supported and valued. I cannt honestly think of any improvement.
