The physiotherapist gave me comprehensive advice and, after discussing my mobility problems, sent me video links for on-line exercises, as well as arranging for me to be sent a wheelchair. She also told me of other home aids and equipment that could be obtained later, if necessary.

Absolutely nothing. The physiotherapist was extremely professional, whilst also being sensitive to my situation.
