Staff all very kind & caring, nothing too much trouble they are obviously all very experienced so we feel safe in their hands

The only thing would be to know when carers will turn up one day they came at 12.40 for the morning call. More carers required to cover a very large area because when busy waiting time can be too long. its a shame they spend more time travellinng then they do actually caring or so it seems.
