As a recently widowed woman, I was constantly being told to think of the wonderful memories. Sadly, a bundle of memories NOT good seemed to prevent me remembering the good. I needed to expel these bad memories and focus on the good. Family and friends were not the place to unburden - I was able to share with Marion my counsellor

reassure possibly patients/recipient that it is a valuable and rewarding experience. The weight is lifted so I can now move on with my life.
