The care and professionalism was to the very highest standard and cannot be faulted. The state of cleanliness and hygiene of hospice was amazing - there was no clinical hospital smells. Nothing was too much for the staff in the way they responded to questions and need of their time. -I always found somewhere to park but often it was a squeeze. -The whole process has been a step learning curve trying to understand what happens, what may happen, along with managing me's own emotions: I just wonder if this might be an area to develop for supporting family members.
