Very caring, very informative, nurses, doctors, volunteers, kitchen staff are all fabulous.
Quality of information from doctors and nurses is excellent.
Ken the Chaplin is a great help and extremely kind and grounded.

As above. Respect and treated like an adult. Cooperative with treatment.

Let people rest after lunch before further treatments. Link dirt with painful constipation. Self help encouragement.
