I felt i was being listened to with a lot of prof understanding for myself and son and this was very important, many things were offered in which i didn't know were out there for me, and with this help i will gain a life not as we know it but of a different path

My initial meeting was with Elizabeth who was warm, informative & spoke sense. she has since rang me for, promised monthly check in. Already feeling holistically supported by this. Sarah rang to speak to me about Blackbird project. Info sent to me. lovely & helpful.
Vicky rang to speak to me about breathing workshop, again lovely and helpful. booked in !

Absolutely nothing, have found everyone kind and knowledgeable & so very helpful. Feeling "bold" which is a super feeling. Before visit, hoped beyond hope that I would get a good feeling on entering hospice & meeting staff I DID !!!!

Outstanding care by all including non clinical support staff. The ethos and attitude of all staff I have dealt with is a shining example to others

Perhaps provision to be made to enable patients to use the commode with assistance from relatives to avoid the indignity of soiling themselves which is preventable and causes more distress than a minor fall. Consider that if a patient has capacity he can access the risk and make the decision he chooses
