You guys done a great job at keeping mum comfortable and managing her pain. You welcomed the whole family and allowed us to stay with her all the way through.

We have experienced care in the past for family members and it's always the very best care. Kind, thoughtful, nothing is ever too much trouble. You feel your loved ones are in safe hands.

Extremely attentive and caring staff, both on the nursing and mainframe side. Food really good! Nice choice everyday. The room is comfortable and kept spotless. All in all, I couldn't ask for anything better.

The best thing about of the care is the people providing it. What could be improved are therapist and roads between pilgrims and main hospital.

Mum has been in Pilgrim's Hospice Thanet for a total of 9 weeks. The care she has received has been faultless. The staff have been kind, caring and so respectful of Mum's dignity and our entire family's well being. There has not been a single instance where we could complain. Every step of Mum's care has been explained to us and Mum has been consulted on every decision. As a family we can't believe the lengths Pilgrim's staff have gone to, to ensure her happiness. We are truly amazed.
