The total care given to my sister has always been 100%. The whole team here are 'angels' giving their full attention to everything my sister's needs, her dignity and respect, care and treatment. The family has been supported through this difficult time also. All our questions have been honestly answered which has been hard but also a comfort to know she has the best care from a wonderful team. Thank you will never be enough.

All people taking care about me in this hospital are extremely kind, smile reacting very quick on any request.
All people including nurses, doctors, kitchen staff, voluntary workers and many others are e.g kind and professional working with love and comforting for patients.
I am very happy to have also chance to attend to our class, gym and other. I found very useful and relaxing massages. Those things are helping me relax and mind and body.

Overwhelmed by kindness shown to us all at this difficult time. Only slight complaint would be about discussion with doctor who felt my mum was improving/no worse and raised issue of moving to an alternative location. This was slightly distressing as she died 4 days later and caused some worry although. I understand it had to be mentioned.
