Personal care and bathing very good.i don't think it could be improved. Food prepared and presented nicely. Plenty of choice

The staff are wonderful and caring and put me at ease. however the flow of information is at best limited and or non exsistant.i felt that I was constantly asking the staff what was going on with regards to seeing a doctor,finding out about medications. My family were also frustrated with the lack of information they were given.

Peter and I have both been treated with care and respect and gentle encouragement. Has aided his growing independence. The cuddle bed has enabled me to stay with him. Which is a comfort to us both. Time is precious and we are greatful that we don't have to be parted.
