The service we received was exemplary . The only thing that would have helped us would have been one sheet of paper with all the different agencies such as, ( Rapid Response, District Nurses, Hospice @ Home, Palliative care) detailing who did what, when in the process and contact numbers for the agencies involved.

Everybody was involved and all cared to a great level. Came very liquefy if called and was willing to help with everything. Good sense of humour needed in the case of a 70 year old in pain. Really impressed.
