You can see that all the staff and volunteers are happy in their work which comes over in their extreme caring, always cheerful and cannot do enough for you. They are always kind. Other people have told me this before I came here, now I know it. I cannot fault any of them and am truly grateful. The doctor is also caring. Could not be improved on. Thank you all.

Every person that we have had contact with, from the volunteers to the doctors and everyone in between have been kind and compassionate. We have been kept informed throughout and Ron has been well looked after. It is a calming environment, thank you

Quite extraordinary levels of care and attention to individuals, and this applies to each and every member of staff. At no point did I feel isolated or insecure, the degree of professionalism combined with extremely positive philosophy of care is outstanding and genuine. Thank you for all your support, care and help.
