More clarity at the start of discharge, management discussions to avoid misunderstandings. Sense of rush over such an important step for patient and family

From the first phone call i felt totally comfortable and confident i would get support and help. the follow up and information was when it was expected and the changes and medication were related to improving my well-being.

I know i can telephone the hospice with any worry or advice and always receive their help. i look forward very much to our Zoom meetings and Kinza/Kyla always speaks to me before the distance Reiki treatment and is very patient.
