Before lockdown I was attending exercise groups to help with my mobility. classes closed but have been doing online exercise. have had regular phone calls to make sure I am ok and recently decided these not necessary now as I have family support but hopefully can go to classes again when things are open again.

At this stage nothing as far as my needs require.
