I have an Asbestos related lung tumour and after treatment was referred to Pilgrims Hospice to help with my breathing. I attended breathing classes and went on to do some exercise classes. These helped a great deal and I was treated well by all staff and volunteers. I also enjoyed the company of others in the groups. Since lockdown I have been doing the exercise classes on the website and been having weekly phone calls from one of the nurses. at the moment I am in remission and hopefully when the hospice is able to reopen I will be able to come again. You do a great job.
