These sessions are so helpful. They give me a reason to get out of the flat and I am able to talk honestly about my issues and condition if I need to or socialise of not. It is a perfect session where I can be myself, discussing openly with people in a similar position who 'get it' without having to put on a front or pretend to feel other than I do on the day. There is no pressure to do anything you don't want to.
