How can care that reaches beyond excellence be improved Johns most basic of needs were met with care respect and consideration.His sense of humour was equalled by that of the staff which kept him uplifted. Nothing has been too much trouble and we can only admire some of the ways which were invented to keep him comfortable. Care such as this cannot be equalled anywhere else I am sure.
