The cheerfulness of staff - always smiling.
Lovely calm and secure environment - very restful for our loved one.
Great facilities, volunteers offering free tea and coffee.
Great cafe - food very good.
Mum loves the mushroom soup hospice has met all our needs.

The care is fantastic could not fault it at all, my dad has loved his stay here.
Fantastic staff, fantastic good but most of all the support for the patients and their families is out standing and I want thank the hospice enough for everything they do for everyone.

The HCA's and nurses are all very lovely here. Nothing is too much trouble for them.
