This was my first visit to the hospice- everyone was most helpful and very reassuring- We had a meeting with Alison Wiltshire which proved so informative she was a lovely lady and put me at ease.

1) Empasses everything I need from personal care to social and provision of meals.
2) Can't think of anything that would have improved my conditions and stay.

Staff took time to talk through everything I needed to know from medication to physio treatment and a plan was made how things would proceed. Very satisfied with level of care today.
