The care given to our daughter is outstanding. It has brought her peace of mind that her every need is taken care of plus the wonderful care of her immediate family.
The staff are amazing with her two little girls and have answered they feel comfortable in the hospice environment.
The advice and help to all family members and friends has been amazing and so helpful.

The care is exemplary. We cannot find a single fault with anything at all.
Every member of staff is so kind and caring and clearly treat patients as they would their own family member.
The catering staff are also amazing.
The volunteers do an amazing job too.

No one wants to be in this situation but I feel calm and blessed to be in such a caring environment with the respect, dignity and my need been uppermost in the culture of every member of staff I have encountered.
In addition the support my family has received has been overwhelming and I feel at peace as I can in these difficult circumstances.

Very caring staff - good humoured and treat me with respect. Calm atmosphere. Everyone tries to care for my and my family's wishes as far as is possible - the circumstances.

After leaving the hospice to go home for a couple of hours and the kitchen staff not aware of what time I would be returning. I ended up getting back later than I expected. Because of this they made me up a sandwich soup and crisps as they was concerned I may not have eaten. This was nice as it shows that the kitchen staff really care. All staff are so considerate, kind and caring making me feel safe and secure and that my life is valued.

Everybody involved in my care has had time to treat me with respect and dignity and has reassured me when I maybe had doubts in my own ability I feel confident moving on and returning home and facing the future whatever that may be.
Being here and receiving the best possible treatment has been very good for me and has taken away a great deal stress for all of us.

Everything is nice.
Staff are friendly - have trouble with wheelchair - not enough space in my room.
