Was made comfortable.
Nursing staff could not be more caring.
Did everything they could to make sure I was not in pain. (Happy (not anxious).
Daughter not anxious about leaving knowing mum was left in good hands.
Amazing cannot thank the staff enough!!

Staff and volunteers have been kind, helpful and caring.
The doctor on staff listens to our concerns, devises a plan and puts it into place.
Nurses have responded quickly and efficiently even when busy on other tasks.

First walk through the main front door met with a friendly relaxed manner by a member of staff so totally put at ease. Staff have all been so relaxed and helpful I never thought it would be so nice.
Every step of the way its been so nice to have the attentiveness of such fine people to take care of my mum up until her final hours when my sister joined her. The care given and understanding of all the staff has been nothing but exemplary.
Take care and pride in all the good work you do.

Staff attentive, supportive and listen to patients requirements and needs. Food very good and effort is made to provide tasty meals which take into account likes/ dislikes but encourages eating.
Everywhere is clean and tidy! The lounge facilities are amazing for visitors.
