All the staff were kind, knowledgeable and always there to help you. Knowing I could ask for anything and it was always given with a smile and a kind ward.

I felt extremely well cared for and safe, in the hands of experienced and caring staff.

Care excellent cannot fault any of the staff they are all terrific all friendly and caring if anything I feel quite spoilt excellent.

Such compassion by the staff, always on hand 24/7 no matter the problem. Very friendly like extended family.

I feel as though I was not given time to process the move from a side room to a Bay.
This was not explained when I came into the hospice I was getting used to the room.
Everything else is wonderful.
