in difficult times staff aimed to treat me and my family with respect and kindness, providing limited visits that were invaluable precious times.
Suggested improvements
having gone from providing 24 hour care it was difficult relaxing- most staff completed understood but some could have shown more compassion.

Everybody has been very kind and caring and nothing has been too much trouble for them. I have felt very well looked after and secure. The food is also excellent
