all the nurses, doctors and staff were totally honest and told you how it is. Always made time to look after and speak to me without the care i wouldn't be alive today

Reassured by knowledgeable approach , excellent care of both patient and relative always has time, no rush. Always Available

only tiny bit of information of fluid allowed from outset once doctors had explained fluids expelled when lying in bed and gave comfort explanation and felt more reassured.

There was empathy and understanding but we never really spoke of the illness in any depth, and I didn't want to probe his probs. I prefer to try and prepare for the future rather than shy away. I want help to meet what's coming.

For me an hour is a long time to talk to someone unseen and unknown, Could the time be cut or perhaps shared with a second person.
