I was concerned about how the hospice was organised, visiting my wife. should NOT have been staff ALL HELPFUL, FRIENDLY AND CALM.

The staff have been so kind and caring and i am so grateful that my aunt is getting the right support. I feel better knowing that she is in the right place to receive the best care.

I feel safe here, they listen to me + when i need help they help me. Every staff member has been exceptionally kind to me & gone above and beyond to help me. Polly in particular, is an angel,she's on days off from tomorrow & i will miss her lovely friendly face & caring personality. The NHS could learn alot from this hospice!

Nothing staff could do, perhaps change to a different covid test ? i was tested on Thursday a.m & today Sunday eve, still do not have my results & to be restricted to my room & washing in a sink is a bit frustrating. O am worried they will decide my results are lost & i will have to start again. I am desperate to get out in garden
