As soon as i arrived I was warmly welcomed. Plus i love the serenity of the place.

Make the link stronger between the hospital eg William Harvey and yourselves so patients can know about upcoming reviews etc.

This is such a hard time for the patient and family.
its hard to think, to be positive, to understand, you helped in all these things

offered text messages / whats app or something other than phone contact to be able to check in on patient. Not all family have UK landlines, cell service can be tricky.

The whole atmosphere has been of light and good humour with great respect given and most importantly everyone has really listened and done their upmost to do as they are asked and above.
I really cannot speak to highly of the service and care i have received

Since mum was admitted. she has been treated with such kindness and dignity. the staff have supported both medically and on a personal level. doing wonderful things at the most awful time for us
