My beloved wife was admitted for urgent pain relief and end of life care.
Everybody we encountered during that time was, without exception, kind, considerate, caring and gentle towards us both. Where necessary, they were also professionally competent and reassuring.

I gave this answer because my mum's need are being met and she is being cared for by compassionate , Caring, Knowledgeable People, Doctors , Nurses, sisters and healthcare workers, also catering staff who work here at pilgrims hospices also lovely clean very hygienic
