Friendly helpful staff, lots to do in centre. You're able to gain information on all things concerning illness and home life etc. Haven't been going long enough to say anything relevant.

Very enjoyable. Thank you a very good idea.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. Easy to talk to and always happy to help with any worries or concerns I have.
I enjoy the painting classes and wish I could do them on a more regular basis.

No improvement needed. Fantastic caring loving staff. Couldn't do enough for my patient treated with such respect . Nothing was too much effort. Treated the family the same way.

The love and kindness you have given to myself and my wife we have never seen or even thought that it ever existed. Your care could never been involved as it is the best there is. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts and not one person here will ever be forgotten by use.

All your staff were from coming into the Pilgrims Hospice have been so caring, considerate and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. They provide very peaceful and tranquil place to be.

The compassion shown was total but always so much smiling and no gloom, which is such a help when one is bound to a bed, gloomy! The huge effort made to find a good solution to the various medical problems really makes you feel that very single path will be followed, and if there is something they will find it, with every possible and gentle care. Amazing and unsurpassable care in every respect.
So many thanks are an understatement.
Do not forget the kitchen staff, just fantastic.
