All my needs were met, staff were caring and efficient. I would like to be helped to move regularly during the night as I am unable to change my position without assistance. It has been explained that I should ring my call bell when I need help.
Considerate given to all the family members and support given to them.
Thoughtfulness for stimulation, e.g. music, bed position. Excellent food and always the opportunity for something "fancied" at any time.
"Couldn't wish for a better place" - my husband's comment.
The care and compassion of the staff is excellent, trying to make me comfortable.
All my needs have been met and I cannot think of anything that could be improved. My family are very happy that I am here and receiving excellent care.
Well looked after.
Unrushed, very pleasant person who offered good advice and care.
This has been the 2nd time that Pilgrims hospice has occurred in my life. Both times I have been overwhelmed by the kindness of your staff and volunteers. Each member of staff welcomes you with open arms. Tash was understanding, personable and gentle, keeping us informed of any changes, good or bad. Tash came to find us when she repositioned our relative to tell us that he opened his eyes and smiles when she told him we were visiting. This information is precious and we're so grateful foe everything you do here at Pilgrims.
The kindness and warming nature of all members of staff us feel welcome at all times. Staff have been incredibly accommodating and have made the whole ordeal easier for us, and we know our relative is in the best place he can be. Also, the buildings and rooms are very clean.
