Everyone is caring and helpful.
Maybe needs a bit more communication between staff.
The staff are really nice and caring.
Access to alternative therapy, good company and regularly offered a drink and snack. Time to restore and relax and talk openly about worries, life, treatment.
Pop-in as it needs no improvement but I am skeptical of a shorter pop-in session will not offer me the support I have always felt.
Since arriving from William Harvey today 23/8/16, we have been fully briefed on my mum's care and future plans in marked contrast to her lack of treatment and updates previously received in hospital.
Mum is so much happier with her move, and much more relaxed. The staff have been so caring and considerate.
The attention to care is really good. Second to none.
Nothing, excellent welcome. Extremely welcoming, explanatory, marvelous.
Personal service.
The ability to telephone 24 hrs a day. The personal care of the rapid response team.
Due to Ray's rapid decline more contact with the nurses actually coming to our home to see the reality of his decline.
