Staff are all amazing as are the volunteers polly, is fabulous and makes me feel safe Hayley is like a breath of fresh air always bubbly and caring

All staff are nice here and they dont mind what they do for you. Love Polly i couldnt wish for anyone bathe me as she did. She is so calming and understanding

i feed her with teaspoon @ lunch + dinner . Mum tells me this doesnt happen @ breakfast Needs to happen if im not here
