Since transfer from WHH after a difficult 24 hours. Dot is comfortable.
It is where she wanted to be.
I doubt if the service could be improved in any way.

Staff and volunteers - simply brilliant. The very vest.
The facilities - spotlessly clean. Perfect in all respects. Fantastic refreshments.
Care and concern so well looked after and I feel so safe.
Far too many operatives to list.
Only 1 suggestion - enlarge door into visitors lounge to remain open to allow easy wheelchair access.

Doctor has time to discuss any issues and can talk direct but with compassion. Cannot see how it can be improved as it was flawless.

Nothing needs to be improved. I've been here now for 6 hours and can't improve anything. Staff are very attentive.
