All the carers spend as much time as needed with me to complete the job they are doing. Very kind and ask lots of time if there is anything else I want done. They comfort me when I am sad and joke with me when I am in a playful mood. They always listen to how I feel and adjust how things are done to cause less pain. I wish somehow pain medication could come to me more quickly when I ask for it.

I don't think anything could be improved.
I was a bit frightened to come in here but everything was fine.
Care is exceptional.

The high level of attention given by nurses, aides, ERRS and doctors. General quality of care is very high.

Everyone has been so kind and caring with all the care and treatment that I have received being of the highest standard I have enjoyed the food and the flexibility of the kitchen teams allowing me to eat at a time that suits

Magical - undoubtedly.

The staff are always caring, always available when uncomfortable or need water. This is the place where my wife wanted to be for her final days and the support care and love of all the staff has been exemplary.
It could not be faulted or bettered.
