Fantastic service by all involved.
The care given by all staff was the best possible. Without exception every member of the hospice made my stay with a very happy healing experience.
Kindness in an element.
Communication feedback, always informative.
Generally all are excellent including housekeeping and food, family made welcome - lunch in family lounge superb.
The staff not only take excellent care of my husband but they also care about me and how I am feeling.
(This is my opinion as much as my husband's).
Everyone seems to want to make me comfortable. They all seem to care.
Unfortunately had to wait today for a bedpan during the night which led to it being too late (which was upsetting).
Apart from this 'one-off' everyting is very good.
The care every staff member gave from first coming into the hospital, to the care they gave my mother was above and beyond anything I have experienced anywhere. These places in my opinion should be supported by parliament. You don't realize how important they are until you find yourself using them. Your staff are first class in everything they do and say.
All staff are so caring and have time to engage and hear how we feel.
I just had fantastic Reike from the therapist after Polly recommended it.
Also Rose took time to hear how I am feeling and answer my questions.
The care is an example to all care providers. The NHS has a long way to go to even get near your standard. How do you manage to get such high quality nurses and volunteer staff. Thank you all.
