Very accommodating, staff all very friendly and nothing too much trouble. Very person centered and really care! I was completely involved in decisions with dad and the dr was very clear and personable. The dr also involved other family members and gave support holistically. (The NHS can learn a lot from this care model).

Dr Cox gave me a real boost - he was candill but sensitive and lifted my morale. The nurses, kitchen staff and housekeeping do a fantastic job and always interact. Superb teamwork, food is excellent. Everybody goes over and above I cannot praise enough, you are never ignored by any member of staff.

The nurses have given wonderful care especially, Jacquie, Anna and Una who gives special hugs! The HCA's are kind and considerate in particular, Polly, (amazing care) Zoe, Sue (Blue), Nikki(Wonderful) and all the others also treat patients with dignity.
A special mention for Amina Bacha GP (trainee) who is very approachable as in Rosie both listen to your worries and are kind and caring.
