Compassionate, kindness of staffing helping. Always come to aid when called. Helping all the time, reassuring and making sure comfortable. Keeping family/patient informed at all times and explaining everything at all times.

The care has been amazing to both my mum (patient) and us as a family has made us feel so much more settled and peaceful during this journey. All members of staff have been very caring, supportive and at all times professional. We are truly blessed that my mum has spent her last weeks here, being treated like nothing is too much trouble. We cannot thank all the team here including the chef's, cleaners and helpful front of house staff. Wonderful people. Well done to all.

Care of patient and whole family absolutely amazing. We are so grateful. Staff made themselves available at all times and are ready to listen, reassure etc. Everyone is so kind and we are so relieved to know our dad is in such a tranquil environment with really compassionate staff. We really can't thank you enough.

The staff were very kind and considerate without exception. The 2 doctors that we dealt with went out of their way to keep us informed of the position, though, unfortunately, there was not a lot that could be done in my wife's case.

From the moment you walk through reception you are greeted with a friendly smile. This persona cascades right through the medical teams. Please do convey our heartfelt gratitude to all the special people who work at the Pilgrims Hospice. Although everyone is very professional, there is a homeliness that all exude which help to put you at ease in what can be an anxious time. Thank you.
