Once again, excellent care from all the nurses. They are worth their weight in gold! We are constantly updated on mum's condition by the doctors and the wonderful volunteer staff make sure we have a regular supply of tea and coffee!
We are so grateful for all that the hospice is doing to make mum comfortable.

The volunteers are extremely helpful and accommodating. Its very reassuring to have a cheerful friendly face to lift your spirits. The nurses are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. Special mention to the night staff on 14th/15th Oct and day staff 15th Oct. Mum is treated with so much respect and dignity.

Wonderful team of nurses and volunteers, especially the two lovely nurses on duty overnight 16th/17th Oct who looked after mum until she passed away this morning. Thank you.

-Time spent with patients and family - not rushed.
-Regular checks - not left alone for long.
-Ability to talk to staff about how family member is doing.
-Care for family as well as the patient.
