Sarah the chef prepares lovely meals everyday. Polly has been very helpful in saying I can have my own pillow.

Rooms to be warmer and WIFI connection sooner. (Erratic connection). Nursing care wonderful.

Excellent care all round - from cleaning, meals, medication general care for patient as well as family. Medication was issues in a timely manner on patients request. Nurses are superb very professional but very empathetic and responsive.
The only thing I think that could be improved on is corridor noise.

The staff are lovely. We are always given the warmest welcome. Facilities are amazing and the new lounge is beautiful.

The care and support by all the staff and volunteers was given to my mum and our family with the utmost sensitivity and respect. At such a difficult and emotional time this was much needed and we are all grateful our mum had the care at this time. THANK YOU
As a family, we are all disappointed that the government does not recognise the importance of the Pilgrims Hospices by allocating more funding!!! This would enable more beds, help more people and employ more nursing staff.
