Everyone was very friendly, caring, nothing too much trouble- from the chef, cleaner, nursing staff or doctor. Nothing needs improving.

Everything about the place is good, volunteers helpful and understanding. Staff have been excellent and supportive. There is nothing to improve.

A very compassionate environment. Very good food and willing to offer special request/dishes.
Noise travels sometimes: loud footsteps from corridor. Early morning noise- 5am disturbs sometimes.

Excellent staff. Reassuring for relatives that care is 24/7. Facilities for friends/family visiting; lounge, refreshments, food and free parking. Nursing staff caring, friendly, helpful and always cheery. Everywhere so well maintained and spotlessly clean.

Absolutely everything was excellent. The patient is very lucky to have benefited from such a dedicated team in this positive, calm environment.

How calming the hospice is. Nothing is too much trouble. Staff are friendly and caring. A dignified place for the end of life.

Everything - amazing and so compassionate. Family and friends also treated exceptionally well.
