Very annoyed as because of Covid it's not been possible to access the services I've needed. Need a hospital bed and hospice was trying to help her get one but no feedback yet. I feel it would be different if there wasn't Covid. Also frustrated as my daughter has been calling the hospice a lot and I am finding out information 2nd hand from her & I feel like I don't know what's going on.
