Care was constant 24 hour responses to requests or call buttons were immediate doctors, nurses, consultants, volunteers always had time to discuss problems at length. All staff without exception came across as diligent, well informed and totally professional. The building and grounds were kept in excellent condition and visitors were well catered for.
