We were told he was going in for pain control to make his last days more pleasant. He walked into the hospice, a few days later he was carried out on a stretcher to bring him home never to wake up again. Drugs were constantly pumped into him upping the dose time after time. The day we brought him home we arrived at his bedside to find his mouth FULL of undissolved antibiotics, A bowl of yogurt on the bedside table. NO attempt made to feed him.
